Randy was born and raised on a farm in Shelby County, Indiana. He is a graduate of Triton Central High School and Ball State University with a BS degree in Business and Finance. He has been an investment and grain broker for over 30 years and a real estate broker for over 15 years. He brings his investment and negotiating experience to the real estate business to uniquely serve his customers. 

Randy and his wife Beth are the parents of six children - Drew, Jackson (wife-Tori), Daisy, Lilly, Tucker, and Ezra. They reside in New Palestine, Indiana.
